Mikeala started her career as a General Insurance Underwriter for Guardian Royal Exchange. She made the transition into Financial Services in 2000 and has stayed in the industry ever since gaining her over 20 years of experience. In 2004 Mikeala joined Ascot Lloyd as one of the very first employees where she worked on many projects including back office system integration, administration and as an active part of the acquisition team. During this time Mikeala has gained experience in most departments within an IFA firm ranging from administrator to fee reconciliation team manager. Mikeala joined Chester Rose in March 21 as Project Manager with her initial focus being to streamline & implement administration processes to ensure clients receive the highest level of service.
