Before joining Chester Rose Financial Planning, I honed my expertise in various aspects of HR, including employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, and policy development. With extensive experience in human resources, I focus on aligning people strategies with business goals, ensuring our employees feel valued and empowered, and helping maintain the high standards of care and professionalism our clients expect.

In my role as Head of HR & Marketing, I am passionate about strrengthening our brand, enhancing client engagement, and creating compelling communications that reflect Chester Rose’s expertise and values. By combining HR insight with marketing strategy, I aim to showcase our people, culture, and services in ways that connect meaningfully with clients and stakeholders.

Outside of work, I’m a proud mum of two, and I love spending time cooking with my family and hitting the slopes for a ski trip whenever I can.
